Train locomotives are widely used in railways and large industrial and mining enterprises. However, due to heavy loads or high-speed reasons, the wear between the wheel hub and the track is severe, requiring regular replacement of the wheel and rail. Common lubrication methods for wheel hubs include solid lubrication and oil spray lubrication, but the results are not satisfactory. The CMRC railway locomotive lubrication system adopts the method of applying lubricating grease to the locomotive wheel hub, using different amounts of grease for straight and curved roads to achieve optimal lubrication of the wheels, while controlling the pollution of excess grease to the environment. The CMRC railway locomotive lubrication system is capable of lubricating all axles and bearings on the locomotive, except for the wheels.
