After the distributor completes its action, the pressure in the pipeline starts to rise again. When the pressure in the oil supply pipeline causes the distributor to complete its action, the system pressure rises to the reversing pressure of the reversing valve, and the reversing valve changes direction for secondary oil delivery. There are several drawbacks to this.
1. The system is supplied with oil alternately through two pipelines, which open the oil circuit by reversing the pressure difference. The pressure drop between the proximal and distal ends of the pipelines is relatively large, which may cause the distal end to not produce oil.
2. Whether the lubrication point releases oil depends on the position of the distributor indicator needle, which is inconvenient for spot checking.
3. The distributor provides quantitative oil supply, which cannot meet the lubrication points of different oil supply systems.
The principle of a multi line system is based on a multi-point pump, where each outlet can be connected to different lubrication points. The oil storage capacity of each outlet can be adjusted, and the lubrication points in the lubrication pump working chamber can output oil according to the adjusted amount.
