system principle
In automatic operation mode, the main control system runs according to the set program, starts the electric high-pressure lubrication pump, and controls the opening and closing of the electromagnetic oil feeder. After filtering the lubricating grease, it is transported to the electromagnetic oil feeder at each lubrication point. The flow sensor detects in real time whether each point is supplied with oil, and the monitoring system displays the lubrication status of that point remotely. If there is a fault, it will alarm in a timely manner.
Each point can be manually operated on-site or remotely for easy debugging and maintenance.
